Spoke with Isabel. She said she still has some issues that were not taken care of and will have to go back when she has the time. She was not happy with the quality of the body work and the paint work because the light on the panel is still on and there is a small scratch on the driver's side that was not addressed. The repair was a day late because they had to order extra parts. The lady was nice but she was not completely satisfied with her explanation as to why they could not take care of the scratch. She is not recommending this facility for these reasons.

Isabel brought the vehicle back and the yaw control had to be recalibrated. As far as the scratch on the driver's side, Isabel stated when she arrived that it was on the passenger side and that it was not related to the accident but she thought it would have been fixed. She was advised that it was not part of the insurance claim so the insurance company would not pay to have prior damage repaired and painted. If it was going to be repaired that would be an expense she would be responsible for, which she declined to do when she originally dropped the vehicle off.
