Glen said he wasn't completely satisfied with the paint work performed, because there were swirl marks in the paint. He took his vehicle back to the business to have them repaint it. His estimator, Wayne, wasn't there, but he approached the paint technician and expressed to him what the issue was. The paint technician then gave him a dirty look and walked away. He said he assumed that he was irritated and upset with him, because his boss must have said something to him about him not being happy with the paint work. The paint technician repainted his vehicle for him, but the swirl marks were still there. He wasn't completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel for the same reasons mentioned. He wouldn't recommend this business to others for the same reasons mentioned and, because his experience was a complete hassle.

Where to begin... 1: There was no issue with paint work & we did not repaint his vehicle. The issue presented to us was swirl marks from buffing. This is quickly & easily remedied especially if the customer doesn't attempt to help us by buffing the vehicle himself and making it worse. We didn't realize until after the 'rework' that the area of swirl marks presented to us actually covered more of the vehicle than what we repaired, leading us to believe the customer did his own buffing. 2: I personally greeted the customer so I know it was courteous & professional. 3: The customer did approach the paint technician, stating that he had washed to vehicle to help him see the swirl marks, which tech acknowledged. There was no further conversation. Perhaps tech was just concerned about the fact that he was entering the shop unescorted. We're at a loss on why he would have a complaint, especially pertaining to our customer service.
