Spoke with Paul. He said he is extremely pleased with the service at this business. Their customer service is top notch and the head mechanic, David, is very personable and very attentive. David took the time to go through each vehicle and listed everything that was wrong, could go wrong or had the potential to go wrong with his vehicles. David also gave him the seriousness of each issue. They went out of their way to save him money and still provide exceptional service. They are better than anywhere else that he has taken his vehicles to over the last several years. He is very impressed with the business model and loves the fact that they have their kids working for there, they are teaching the kids good work ethics while providing excellent customer service. He said it is exemplary.

Larry said in the course of scheduling an appointment, he actually took in his vehicle 1 week early, because of his own mistake and the employees were still able to squeeze him in with the same quality of service he would have received if he had gone to the actual appointment.

Rebecca said most people in the valley take their vehicles to this business. Everyone is tired of getting ripped off by other facilities. She loves David and he is awesome. She will be returning to have her wiper fluid box replaced. She does not take her vehicle to any other business for service.

"Great Job...!! "
David and his team did a fantastic job with my Volvo. The changed the timing belt, water pump and spark plugs. Purrs like a kitten....and I'll be bringing my BMW back sometime next week.
