Spoke with Josh . He said he brought this vehicle in for service. Josh mentioned his vehicle was in for a smog inspection, which this business did a good job doing, and he liked the way everything was handled electronically. While they were doing the smog test Josh asked if they could check out his air conditioning for him. They told him the air conditioner needed to be recharged, and would cost $100. Josh decided he wanted them to recharge the air conditioner after he left this business, but he had a hard time scheduling an appointment because no one was there between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. He decided to get his air conditioner recharged at another business. The other business told him a recharge wouldn't work, because the air conditioning compresser was leaking. Even though Josh didn't get his air conditioning fixed by the other business he went to, he pointed out if he had paid Number 1 Stop Shop a $100 for the recharge, it would have leaked out. Aside from the above he said they were good.
