Spoke with Spencer. He said he appreciated the kindness he was shown. He took the vehicle to the business for an inspection. During the visit, the battery was disconnected and that reset some of the systems. This caused the vehicle to not pass the smog inspection. The business told him to run the vehicle about a hundred miles, bring it back in and they will make sure it passed the second time at no charge to him.
