Jordan said the guys were helpful but the manager was short and nasty. He had to wait two to three hours before he would even look at the vehicle. He was told he needed brakes and rotors and the business wanted $300 for the service. He took the vehicle to his personal mechanic and was told that the brakes were fine.

Spoke with Allison. She said this business led her on a wild goose chase. She went to them with a dead battery and bad alternator but when the tow truck got her vehicle to the facility her vehicle would not reverse. Andre told her that after they got the engine running, they would be able to fix the problem with the reverse. After spending $1500 at this business, her vehicle will still not reverse. She was told by Andre she needed to take her vehicle elsewhere to get her transmission worked on. She was under the impression that the extra $700 was going towards the problem with the reverse. She would not recommend them because of this experience.

Bibi said the business charged her $1265 for a $500 service. After speaking with her mechanic, she was told that the business overcharged her by $765. She called the business back 15 minutes after asking the business to start the service and asked them not to start the service. She wanted to suspend the service and have her vehicle towed to an unspecified business. This business told her they would still charge her over $500 for the services they already had provided up to that point. At that point, she decided to allow the business to continue the repair. She would not recommend the business for the reasons already stated and because they did not call her with status updates. She had to call the business for updates and would have appreciated the business keeping her adequately informed, as they were aware she was visiting from out of town.

Peter said the people at the office are great, but the service personnel are clueless. He said he was in for a simple flat tire and at first they could not figure how to use the tool for the bolts. He said in the end it was fine, but the job was not difficult. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

Danielle said everything was good, but there was a little mix-up getting her vehicle out. She chose not to elaborate. The warranty on the part is for 12,000 miles. Her vehicle is at 155,0000 but they put it at 143,000. Otherwise it was great. It wasn't a big deal but she has got to make a call. This business did a great job.

"deceitful, untrustworthy, never will use again"
The problems with this shop are too long to include in an online review. I would never, under any circumstances, use this shop again. They were rude, unpleasant, late, overpriced and dishonest.

Abdeluuahab said the business did not repair his vehicle because his vehicle broke down after retrieving it from the business. He was told the problem was the alternator and it was replaced. Upon taking it to another business he learned the problem was never the alternator. He was also told by the business the alternator was original and found out it was an after market part. Every time he calls, the business hangs up on him. He said he is retaining an attorney to resolve the issue. He would not recommend this business because of this experience.
