Mrs. Hurley had a 9am appointment. When she didnt arrive we had to bring another customer in. She did not call until 9:06am. At that time she said she was late but didnt specify when she would be here. However, we had already pulled another vehicle in after not hearing from her before 9am. She finally arrived at 9:19am and we explained that we had already filled the spot but would do our best to squeeze her in. We explained that the total time may now take about an hour and a half and she was ok with that. We couldve rescheduled her if she wasnt ok with it. It took and hour and 45 minutes total. She was treated with nothing but respect the entire tine she was here.
