"Can Not Align A Car"
For over three years, I had been going to O'Learys with my car and my kids cars when they visit. For at least two years, every single time I drive off the premise, I need to return as my car is out of alignment. To my shame, I have listened to them tell me that it is my all wheel drive and the problem is my car not their work. Well, this time I took my daughters car in for service, and when she drove it off the premise, her car was totally out of alignment. I was so disgusted, I called immediately and said I would never be back as they not only don't know how to align a car, they put an aligned car out of alignment. It cost me an additional $89 to take her car to another establishment and have it properly aligned. That business was shocked at how much the car was out of alignment and gave me a print out that clearly reveals proof that the car was grossly out of alignment. The people are kind at O'Leary but bottom line is I have paid them lots of money and they repeatedly are not capable of aligning a car. Now I have proof that it is not my car, it is lack of their ability. As I said, good people but lack of ability to do good work.
