"High Caliber Service Agents that treat you like royalty"
I have received the best care and personable service from the service agents at this location. I've always been treated with great respect and kindness. They go the extra mile to make you feel so special. These true gentlemen of quality character have held doors open for me, carried my bags to my car and set up arrangements for a rental car so I would not be inconvenienced. They care and it shows. That's what makes the difference for me. I would recommend seeing John or Richard for the best service experience. I believe that I have received a lot of value for my money. Thank you Hyundai for hiring great people like these men. Thank you John and Richard for being top notch!

"Great Customer Service"
After being told by Universal Hyundai (I being a long time customer) that it would be at least 2 weeks before my 2011 Santa Fe would be even looked at (alarm problem), I called Orlando Hyundai and they scheduled me to come within 2 days and was was repaired the same day I brought it in. Now that is customer service!

"Everyone makes mistakes"
The dealership employees work hard to determine why mistakes occur in service and try very hard to resurrect the relationship with customers. I experienced an incident where the dealership ran out of warranty cables when it came time to install my new cable in my car after maintenance service. The next day, the service manager sent one of the service employees to my house to install a new cable. This was beyond my expectations, which is why I am saying that everyone makes mistakes and it is all about how theymistakes are handled that makes all the difference in any relationship.
