Deborah said this business was told not to change her oil and they did anyway without calling her to ask. Generally, their services are excellent, but not this visit.

Sorry about the confusion on the oil change but due to potential liability issues we could not let your vehicle leave showing no oil on the dipstick. You are absolutly right we usually do call but $30 was well under out required 10% variance in estimate to completed service bill.
