I want to thank Jeff and the other people who worked on my PT Cruiser. I had a clicking sound every time I turned the steering wheel and I had no idea what was causing it. Jeff found out what was causing the clicking sound and replaced the bad part that was the cause of the sound. After the initial replacement of the bad part, the noise was still there. I thought Jeff might have misdiagnosed the problem, but Jeff replaced the first new part with another one. Obviously the first replacement part was defective because now the clicking sound has been eliminated. Thanks Jeff.
