"Small auto repair shop yields big benefits"
I was referred by a good friend who told me I would like this experience more than the one in the huge dealership. While I liked my service contact in the dealership, I didn't like the very high prices. What I like about Pacific Automotive, is the "small office" environment where the staff is so respectful of each other and the customer, the work is excellent, and the prices are fair. When these guys say it will be an hour and a half to do the job, they are good to their word. In a dealership, you leave your car all day a lot of times. Less stress and still the best.
