"Dedicated to getting the job done right "
So I have a 2000 Nissan Frontier 4x4, now its 17 years old and finding parts can be hard at times. I use this truck as a daily commuter but also as my work truck and my moving truck, I do a lot with it is the bottom line. A few weeks back it was making a funny noise coming from the front left tire. A few checks over the normal things showed a few minor things to fix. They fixed that but the noise came back, back into the shop the truck went. This time the problem was found to be a mannual hub on that side of the truck. Trying to find the part was not happening locally and I was perparing to have to buy a new truck. Well come Monday and Ron called me with great news, he found the part but it was coming down from LA. Well they got the part put it on the same day and the truck is running amazingly! Now I know some people would be like why didn't they find it the first time, well it doesn't help I "needed" the truck back ASAP the first time. I was impressed that they took the truck back on short notice and looked it all over again. Thanks Pacific Auto I will come back when something new goes wrong again.

Stephanie said this business had a problem with their parts vendor and had to keep her vehicle for an extra day. She loves their work and their prices but it was inconvenient that they held her vehicle for 2 days instead of 1 day like they had promised. Their work was good but the delay was an issue and it would help if they fixed it.
