"My expensive lost morning."
I like the location and the Service Mgr (Dennis Golden), but this visit was lengthy. The new tires had to be ordered, but I think the tire maker or Hyundai should offer me a rebate since the old tires only had 32,000 miles on them. Also on my prior visit I had to pay a high deductible for an Actuator on a rear door that had been malfunctioning for over a year. Maintaining your vehicle has become a very expensive challenge.

Morning Ed - i just had a chance to review the survey you sent in. I appreciate the feedback about the waiting area ammenties. We tried putting donuts out but they got stahl too fast and we also are trying to push a more healthy enviorment for customers and staff.
