"As usual excellent service"
I have been bringing my cars to Palmer Automotive and Electric since moving to the desert in 2009. The personal service that I receive is always excellent and my recent service was no exception. With modern cars, and with me getting older, I rely on Palmer Automotive service the car and to check it to ensure that it is in good condition. I have confidence in their work.

The guys are very knowledgeable in the repairs and the repair costs are very reasonable. Fast and friendly service also.

"Questionable"
My last visit I was told I needed to replace my rear shocks because they were leaking. Cost to replace between $4-$500.00. I asked if they are covered under warranty from dealer & he did not think so, but I called to check. They were covered!👍 I take it to the dealer who inspected it only to find that one was leaking, not both‼️ I have always trusted Palmer until now. I am not sure what to think, but I am uneasy about trusting the mechanic again there. I have always referred them to others but second guessing it now.

Spoke with Claudia. She said her vehicle would not start and they had it towed here. The business checked it out and could not find why it did not start. She said the business did not charge them anything because they could not find the problem, it would not duplicate. The business did not want to look dishonest by charging when the vehicle started again..
