"Bad Battery"
My battery died, I got it jumped so I could get it changed out. It was on a saturday morning, I called to see if they had a battery and left once my car was started. I got there and they got me right in. The tv wa not working in the kids area so a couple of the people had to come try and fix it. They kept me informed of what they were doing and it was completed in a quick time frame.
