John said the work they did was great. The only issue he had was the time it took. His vehicle was not ready when promised but he did not elaborate as to how late it was. He was not given a reason for the delay but he felt the business was a little bit understaffed.

Amber said she had to take her vehicle back to this facility because they did not reset her passenger side window. She noticed they buffed the hood to the point that it burned into the clear coat so she will have to take the vehicle back for the second time. This facility is an hour away from her so it's not convenient.

Michelle said she really appreciates how quickly she was able to get her vehicle in. The mechanic worked with the other person's insurance company and took care of the everything, which was a big help. She was able to keep the rental a little longer. She was not given a promise of time. It would have been nice if there was a more accurate time of when the vehicle was going to be ready.

Spoke with Sharon. She said the end result was good but her experience was not. This business had horrible communication, they did not follow up and they broke their promises. They originally quoted her 4 to 6 weeks but they had the vehicle for almost 10 weeks. Among other reasons, they told her they had to reorder one of the parts because the one that came in did not fit. The employee she dealt with was disrespectful and had no regard for her. She did get the status updates by text but they were very vague and when she called to get details, they were very nonchalant. The employee assigned to her case did not return her calls, just like the general manager that was supposed to contact her husband but did not. She would not recommend this business.

Erin said she is not happy with this business. It took 3 weeks to complete $600 worth of minor damage to her vehicle. She was expecting exceptional service and that is not what she received. There is a huge gap between the bumper and hood assembly with additional damage. She was given a rental vehicle in which the glass cracked from the heat. The business did not extend her rental vehicle date even though they are still working on repairing the additional damage to her vehicle.

Brandon said he was not satisfied with his experience. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because some things are still not fixed. His vehicle was supposed to be ready in 5 or 7 days but it took 6 weeks and it would have taken another 3 weeks if he had not complained. He went in for a window repair and while his vehicle was there, it was broken into but this facility is going to fix what was broken. He was not kept adequately informed because he had to call in and sometimes did not get a return phone call for days or sometimes even weeks at a time. He was not satisfied with the estimate because the estimate was $2,100 and the repairs ended up costing $5,900. He was not satisfied with the personnel or the mechanics because he had to call in for updates. He would not recommend this business for reasons already stated.
