Alei said she was kept informed of what was going on. There were more problems than expected, but she hopes everything is honest. A parts delay lasted three weeks. She said the automated system kept saying disassembly regardless of changes, but Brandon kept her informed and they even treat her with kid gloves. She has always been pleased and happy. She said she'd liked the loaner vehicle and she loves the business.

Ricky said that he was satisfied with the work done on his vehicle. His vehicle was late one day due to parts delayed. He had to call the business to check the status of the repair work. The communication was lacking and his calls were not returned until after twenty four hours. The only thing he would recommend to the business is for better communication by keeping the customer informed more.

Cameron said he waited a long time for his vehicle but it wasn't their fault. They submitted something to the insurance company and they said they never received it. He had to wait about 2 months for his vehicle because there was a miscommunication between the insurance company and the business. Brandon was nice and professional.
