Spoke with Tracy. She said the vehicle took much longer than promised. She is unsure of how much longer it took for the vehicle to be ready. The vehicle received some damage from hail while in their possession. They were supposed to send her an email, to update her on the status of the vehicle, but the email didn't properly update her. She found the whole experience to be very frustrating. She will no longer use this business. She would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated.

Unfortunately, we had a major hail storm hit the entire area along with our lot and it impacted over a third of the vehicles we had in for repairs. Our electronic updating program had a glitch during the same period. We regret and apologize for the inconveniences this catastrophe caused to our clients.
