Carolyn said she rated her overall experience with the business a 1, because she had a difference of opinion regarding the paint service. Carolyn said she felt the paint did not match properly. They kept her vehicle for 22 days, and they did not return her vehicle in a very clean condition. They advised they repaired the bumper, but there were still scratches on her vehicle. The scratches were on the rear passenger side of the bumper, and there was 1 branched out scratch about the size of half a dollar bill. Carolyn stated for the amount of money the business charges, it wasn't a very good experience, and she should have walked away with a smile on her face. She wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because of the reasons above. She wasn't completely satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel, because of the reasons above. Also, the business should have considered her happiness, by performing a buff, wash, and wax service on her vehicle. She would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above. Carolyn stated she spoke with the manager when she picked up her vehicle. He attempted to justify the spots on her vehicle, by stating her vehicle was in an accident previously, and then he looked underneath the hood. He could not say anything further, and then he looked for other reasons for his justification. He showed her the computer information regarding the spots, and showed her they were present before her vehicle was brought to the business. As a result, they brought her vehicle in the back, and they cleaned up her vehicle.
