Charles said his vehicle was ready 3 weeks later than when it was promised because they were backed up with a lot of customers. He wasn't happy with how long it took. There was a hailstorm, so the business was swamped with customers but he had very minor damage to his vehicle. Due to the fact that the business had more customers, he had to suffer. He had to pay money out of his pocket for the rental vehicle since he had it for over 30 days. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he was the one who had to contact them to follow up on the status of his vehicle. He would recommend this business to others, however, he would advise them to make sure they have an accurate amount of time when their vehicle would be ready. He added that if this was his first time at the business, he probably wouldn't return. However, because he knows how the business is, he knows that they have top quality work.

Unfortunately there was a catastrophic hail storm that impacted not only our lot in addition to 3 of our dealerships but also most of the surrounding Metroplex as well. As a result we were completely overwhelmed with vehicles and logistics. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused to our clients as we tried to keep up as best as we could under the circumstances.
