Michael said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1 instead of a 5 because they had his vehicle for a month and a half just for hail damage repair. Speediness and quality are important and it took a long time for his vehicle to be ready. His vehicle was at the business because it would not start. They left it in a black hole and out in the lot and it got hail damage. The hail damage happened on a Tuesday and the business did not tell him about it until he went to pick up his vehicle on that Friday. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he can tell the business removed dents and his hood does not look brand new. When he brought his vehicle in to the business it was brand new and he expected it to look that way when it came out. There was no promised time for his vehicle to be ready. His wife had body work done due to extensive damage on her Toyota. The work was performed in Tennessee so the vehicle had to be shipped to her and it only took 3 weeks. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. The business did not inform him what was going on with his vehicle and he did not elaborate on a reason why. He was not completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because it looked high at $2,300 and some change. He thinks the business duped his insurance company and he is not sure if that was an accurate price or if they just bumped it up. His wife's repairs in Tennessee were extensive and they cost $2,500. His service advisor was always nice but there was a lack of communication in the group. He was not completely satisfied with their communication for the reasons already stated. He could not in a good conscience recommend this business to others at this point because for the reasons already stated. If the business does not want p?$?$d off customers who drop off expensive vehicles, they need to bring them inside because they have huge garages. Overall the business needs to improve their communication.

Unfortunately there was a catastrophic hail storm that impacted not only our lot in addition to 3 of our dealerships but also most of the surrounding Metroplex as well. We unfortunately do not have enough coveres parking for every vehicle, as a result we were completely overwhelmed with vehicles and logistics. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused to our clients as we tried to keep up as best as we could under the circumstances.
