Ryan said he had to wait for two weeks to get his vehicle back due to either the insurance company or this facility, because they had paper work. They did send two adjusters out. He had to make all of the calls to find out the status of the vehicle. He had the rental vehicle for 2 weeks as well. Albert did the best he could but it still was a long process.
