Maureen said everything was okay in general, but her service advisor went out of town. It was like her project got dropped. So, she had to take care of a lot of things between the business and the insurance, as well as extending her rental at the same time she was communicating a lot with the adjuster, so it was a lot on her. For these reasons, she was not kept informed and was not satisfied with communication. The work was great, and she is coming back for more. She was not advised of when the vehicle would be ready, until they called once late in the day. She could not arrive to pick it up then, but got her vehicle back the next day.
