Rene said they took too long to complete a simple repair. It took twenty days longer than expected because they had to order parts. It took calling the dealer to facilitate the completion of the repairs which were done immediately after that call. He was not kept adequately informed because they did not call him and when he left messages, it took two or three calls before they were returned. He was only marginally satisfied with the treatment for the reasons mentioned. While there was a lot of automated communication, they lacked personal communication as was previously mentioned. He said he would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
