David said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3 because they told him his vehicle would be ready in about 2 weeks because they were kind of backed up and he understood that. No one from the business returned his phone calls or checked up with him. After 3 weeks he finally called and asked when his vehicle would be ready and the business called him them next day saying his vehicle would be ready by 01:00 pm. His vehicle was ready 10 days to 2 weeks later than promised and he does not know why. His insurance company told him the cost of the loaner vehicle was more than the cost of the repairs. This visit to the business was a train wreck, but it happens and he does not get mad he is just over it. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel and he was not satisfied with the business's communication because of the reasons already stated. He chose this business because he has been there before. This is the eleventh Mercedes Benz he has owned. He always goes to this business and he trusts that they will do a good job. If his vehicle is not going to be ready when expected he does not mind, but the business should have contacted him to let him know what was going on instead of leaving him in the dark.
