James said the business was not perfect and they could have updated him more often, but they had a reasonable cost. He chose not to evaluate the quality of the repair because he has only had his vehicle back a couple of days and it is too soon to tell. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why, but he would have appreciated more updates from the business.
