Spoke with Ms. Jeff M. She said this is her vehicle, and she brought it in for repairs. She stated this business should get rid of their repair tracker email system because of the following. After she dropped off her vehicle she received the following email for 1 and a half weeks, which upset her. The email said estimate review, estimate review over and over and nothing else. She knew this business had to have her insurance estimator return to them to okay additional work, because they couldn't do a dent less repair on her entire vehicle. She was paying for a rental out of pocket and was upset because she thought her vehicle just sat at this business for a week and a half without work being done. Her insurance adjuster called to give her an update and assured her this business had done repairs, but couldn't complete some of the repairs until he went out and Okayed the work. Whenever she called this business for a status report they were fine. One of the aspects of the repair tracking system email was supposed to provide questions asked by the customer. Whenever she emailed a questions to this system, she never got an answer. She said in the end her vehicle looks beautiful.
