Spoke with Danielle. She said she likes this business and what they have done for her in the past but her recent experience with them has been annoying. She had an appointment with them on a Wednesday. She took her vehicle in at the designated time and two days later, she received an email stating they were going to start the work. She was upset about this because she could have had her vehicle for an additional two days. She was not kept adequately informed but she was sent emails that were delayed and inaccurate. She had to contact them to find out any information about the repairs, which was annoying. She was told by Ed, a representative, that she was sent phone calls and emails but she was not sent either of those. Once her vehicle was returned to her, she noticed that her windshield still had several cracks and scratches on it, meaning they did not replace it as they said they would. The bottom right of her bumper looks like it was not placed on correctly and it is sticking out a quarter of an inch outwards. She is planning on going back to them to receive additional work. She was not involved in the estimate process. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated because of the reasons mentioned.
