Jeff said they were very nice and professional, and they negotiated with the insurance company to arrange everything and fix the vehicle. He was satisfied with the repair. He said there was a small blemish in the paint, but it was an honest mistake. The manager looked at it and told him right away that they'd take care of it. He said he couldn't leave the vehicle and they both agreed on scheduling an appointment to take care of the vehicle after the 1st of the new year. He said he purchased his vehicle from this business' sales department. They did everything he expected and they were wonderful. He had a very positive experience altogether. He was happy.
