Tiffany said it took 8 days longer than the promise set date because they ordered the wrong bumper and painted it the wrong color. She was not satisfied with the communication because the person who worked on her vehicle does not work at this business any longer and she was not informed on who was going to work on her vehicle. It was left on an unoccupied lot. That is also the reason why she would not recommend this business.
