Jerrica said it took forever to finish the repair. She said Progressive Insurance wasn't happy with the fit and it took another week and a half to replace the foglights. She was told over the phone that the work would cost $150, but when she got there they told her it would cost $200. The insurance wasn't going to pay for the foglights. She said she would have liked to have known that it was going to cost more before she came to pick her vehicle up. She said she was told the wrong price. They gave her a discount and she paid the $150. She said she found out the foglights actually cost $150 each. If she had known that she wouldn't have replaced them at all. She said she noticed today that it took two times to start her vehicle and she hasn't had trouble with that before.
