Diane said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because when she brought the vehicle in the trunk was working fine, but when she got it back the trunk latch was not working properly. The vehicle was not ready when promised. When she went to pick it up she had to wait around for 1 to 1.5 hours while they were working on trying to fix the last few problems they had found on the vehicle after some of the staff had left for the day. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they did not keep her informed, even while she was waiting around for her vehicle at the business. She was satisfied with the way she was treated by the representative, but not the manager she dealt with Paul. This was because of when she spoke with Paul about how the business should repair her trunk for her since it worked before the vehicle came into this business. He just told her no, but if she purchased the part then the business would replace it for her. She was dissatisfied with the communication because of this and because when she picked up the vehicle she knew it was not done yet. They were supposed to contact her about finishing it but they still have not yet. She eventually called them 2.5 weeks later, but the work has still not been completed. She came into the business last Wednesday and had to wait an hour then as well for them to look at the latch on the trunk. They told her the part had just worn out. She said she feels what happened is when the vehicle was in for repairs someone from this business had broken it and just did not want to own up to it. The business should make sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied with the business. She said for her this would be for them to fix the latch on her trunk since it was fine before she came in and she feels this business is responsible for damaging it.
