Wayne said everything was fine, but the work took over 3 weeks and they were only repairing a small amount of damage. The work appears to be very good. He said they did not really set a due date. He was told the work would take at least two weeks and he was surprised because there was not much damage. There was a small dent in the rear quarter panel. He said he doesn't know why no one would commit to a timeframe. This business kept him informed and sent him emails relatively often. He was satisfied with the way he was treated, but the whole process was extremely slow. He was satisfied with the communication, but the emails were a little flawed. He said after the work was completed and he had picked the vehicle up he received several follow-up emails to let him know that the vehicle was ready. He would recommend this business, but he would caution others about his experience.
