Marion said her vehicle looks beautiful. She said she was told she would get her vehicle back in 2 or 3 weeks when they started the repairs, but the work took 6 weeks because of some issues with her insurance company. Her insurance company hired an independent claims professional business to do an estimate and the claims professional gave a low estimate. She said the claims adjustor estimated the damage at $6,000, but Israel at this business estimated the damage at over $11,000. The claims professional took a week to get to this business to do an estimate and then there were problems because the insurance only wanted to have this business put in aftermarket parts. She said she worked with Israel and she told him she has a Lexus and she wanted new parts. Israel fought the insurance until they agreed to use new parts, but then the parts had to be ordered. She said Israel was constantly checking on the status of the parts and at one point they called her insurance company together about starting the repairs on her vehicle, but the claims professional would not send the bills or contact the insurance company, so the insurance company didn't know what was going on. Her vehicle was ready to be returned to her, but it had to sit at this business for an extra week because they had to wait for the claims professional to go to this business to inspect the repairs. She said Israel provided the highest quality customer service and the work was what she expects from Lexus. He was friendly and cordial. She said Laura from Enterprise was really sweet and nice. She called her to see if she liked the vehicle they gave her and asked if there was anything else she could do for her.
