Spoke with Timothy’s wife. She said she rated her overall experience a 4 because it took them two and a half weeks to fix her vehicle and they forgot to align it and there was a rough spot on the rear side panel that they didn't buff out. The vehicle had to go back for them to correct this but it's still pulling to the right and she is going to take it to the Park Place business where she bought the vehicle, unless the facility is willing to pick it up for her because they're 45 minutes away. The repair was not ready on time because the insurance estimate was 5 days. She stated Antwon, the person assisting her was very good and the ladies at the rental place were very nice but the vehicle was filthy, all 4 tires were low and it had not a speck of gas. She heard of this facility via the Park Place Lexus website and wanted the best to repair her vehicle and emphasized this was a really good facility.
