Jamie said the front end is a little out of alignment. They said they would take care of it. Also, the floor mats aren't clean. Her daughter was eating an ice cream cone when the accident occurred. She would appreciate if they would clean them. Brandon was the employee that took care of her. He did a good job of keeping her informed. He's very nice. The girls in the office are also very nice. A loaner vehicle would've been nice during her repair. Other places give loaner vehicles.
