Janice said they did not keep in contact with her. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday but it wasn't ready until Tuesday. She had to call them 3 times to find out the status of her vehicle and no one called her back. They removed the bug shield from the driver's outside mirror but they did not remove the one on the passenger's mirror. She was passed through 2 different technicians. The first one worked with her for the first 2 days but then he had to go on vacation. The second guy worked with her for 2 weeks. The first technician finished off her vehicle when he got back from his vacation. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because of the same reason mentioned above. She was not satisfied with the communication because her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday. She called them an hour ahead of time to confirm that she was picking up her vehicle. They told her that her vehicle was not ready to pick up. She was very disappointed because they did not call her to let her know. She had someone there drive her to the business because she lived 55 miles away from them. She would not recommend them because of the same reasons mentioned above.
