Barry said he had previous accidents and previously worked with many other repair centers. He called the business to start the process. By the time he hung up, the staff had everything in place to start his repair service, including the rental vehicle arrangements. By the time he arrived, the staff knew him, they knew the nature of the problems, and everything ran smoothly from point A to point B. He was very impressed with the staff, and how they handled everything. He also did not have to initiate any phone calls to obtain updated information. The staff provided many means of communication. Ed performed a pretty good job with the paperwork. He certainly would recommend the business. After receiving repair services at the business, he would not trust anyone else for his repair service needs.
