Kun said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3 for 2 reasons. The bumper is about 1 quarter of an inch out of alignment. The space between the rear passenger door and the windshield, there was a problem. Every time he drove his vehicle, his rear windshield would pop out of place. As a result, he brought his vehicle to get the rear windshield replaced under warranty. They were able to fix the issue. Kun said as a result of the bumper issue, he plans on bringing his vehicle back to the business to fix. He wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair service, because of the reasons above. The timeliness of his repair service was excellent. The way he was kept adequately informed was good. The way he was treated by the personnel was excellent. Overall the experience was good, except for the reasons above.
