Spoke with Tim. He said that the passenger bumper was loose and not lined up and the vehicle had to go back in. He mentioned that the vehicle was 3 days late due to insurance issues. The mechanic was let go while the vehicle was in and the second guy was hard to get a hold of. The ladies up front were very nice and explained things well. He would not recommend them for the listed reasons. They live a long way away and it was inconvenient to go and sit there. The vehicle cost $9,000 to fix and was in for a month and he does not know why they let it out of the facility. His friend noticed the bumper at a glance in the dark as well. He was frustrated about the whole thing. They should have checked everything before returning the vehicle. He added that they do quality work on expensive vehicles but need to double check things.
