Spoke with Karen. She said that she wasn't really promised a time of when the vehicle would be ready for reasons she didn't elaborate on. She said that this business does a quality job and provides good customer service which means a lot to her. She appreciates their consistency in their quality and customer service. She said to keep up the good work because what they provide goes a long way and it's not easy to find.
