Debora said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. She called the business to tell them she would be picking her vehicle up within the next 15 minutes and they said her vehicle was ready but once she got there she had to wait another 40 minutes. She chose the business because she drives a Honda and she wanted it to be serviced by a facility that took care of Honda vehicles. Debora stated the business could enhance her experience by paying attention when a customer calls to let them know they will be in for their vehicle and have it ready when they arrive.

Debora was unable to make the first two appointments she made to pick up her vehicle. When she did come in to pick up, her advisor was with another client. The cashier offered to have someone else get her vehicle and she said she'd rather wait for her advisor, so she did. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
