Anushi said she was told the repairs would take four days and it turned into a two and a half week job. She stated she understands this was due primarily to the other party's insurance company needing additional approval. She did not get the phone call updates she was promised and instead had to keep calling the facility to find out the repair status. Vernon Matthew was really nice and respectful to her. There is a piece missing from her vehicle, which the facility still has and she would like it back. It is a mesh visor from the back and she plans to contact the facility about it specifically.
