Betty said this business did an excellent job. They did well communicating with her, and she was pleased with them, but it took a long time to get her vehicle back. She was not promised a time when she would get her vehicle back, but they had it for 3 or 4 weeks, and she thought she would get it back in 5 days. The estimate was given without breaking the vehicle down. When this business broke the vehicle down they found additional damage so they had to order parts. The adjuster had to come out again to okay the extra repairs, and her vehicle was being fixed in the holiday season so she understood the length of time they had her vehicle.
