Nida said her vehicle was not ready because there was a lack of communication. The estimate increased so the insurance company had to return to the business and that created delays. She said she had no idea what was going 2 weeks into the reapairs so she called the business to reach out for more information on her vehicles status. She mentioned she was working with Mr. Vernon Matthews and he was great. She said he did an amazing job and she appreciates the good customer service.
