Spoke with Van's wife. She said that her experience wasn't completely satisfactory because they forgot about her and it took a long time. They also didn't call her to let her know when everything was finished. She came in to have a part painted and when she dropped it off she was told it would be a few days and when she called three days later they told her they forgot about it and hadn't even started the work. They didn't call her when the part was ready to be picked up so she wasn't satisfied with the communication or the way they kept her informed.
