Lisa said she was not satisfied with the quality because this business did not fix everything she wanted fixed. She chose not to elaborate further. They did not look her vehicle over. She had to bring her vehicle back about six times. It took longer than promised due to a parts delay. The person that prepared her estimate did not address her concerns. She received automated texts and emails saying her vehicle was in process when it was not. She would have liked to have gotten a call back from a real person when she left messages instead of receiving the same messages. Vernon was very nice. She would not recommend this facility for the reasons already mentioned.
