David said it took the business nine months to complete his vehicles repairs. He said they tried to deliver the vehicle defective with paint that did not match. He said after he returned the vehicle he had to wait an additional two months for his vehicle to be repainted. He was not well informed as he had to initiate calls. He was not treated well by the staff until he came to pick up his vehicle, but he chose not to elaborate. He said he received emails every few days with vague descriptions saying the repairs had begun. He said he is still receiving the emails although he has picked up his vehicle. He mentioned the whole experience was disappointing, frustrating, and upsetting. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
