Michael said that there was small pre-existing spot that the business would not take care of and there was no delivery time promised. He got about a mile away from the business and noticed that the turn signal was not working. The business did not have the right bulb in stock. He went to the Jaguar dealer across the street and it took three hours to replace the bulb.
