August said he really liked the email communication system. He was satisfied with the overall quality of the repair, but he has been going back in to fix some small stuff. He was not given a promised date. The business did not do the initial estimate on this vehicle. They did find additional damage later on and there is a squeak that has developed. He was very happy this business communicated with him. They had a fast turnaround time and they listened to him. They even got into the vehicle to listen to the squeaks.
