Suyun said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 1 because she was very unhappy with the service she received from them. When she called to check on the status of her vehicle she was informed that her vehicle was not at this business even though it was there. The person she spoke with on the phone told her that her vehicle was not there without actually checking to see if it was or not. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because they had multiple part delays. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they continually corrected her vocabulary instead of helping her with her vehicle. She also was not satisfied with the business's communication because she had called them several times and left messages for them to contact her regarding a follow-up on her vehicle but every time she called them they never returned her call. They also failed to inform her that the business only accepted cash or check and they do not take credit or debit cards, which was inconvenient for her to find out after she already left her home.
